Elaboration of personal data and their protection

“The following information concern the elaboration of the personal data of the visitors and/or customers of these web sites (further severally only “Aggrieved person”), that are made by the operator resp. the seller (further only “Operator” ). The elaboration and the protection of these personal data is governed by the regulations of the law Nr. 18/2018 Code , about the protection of personal data in the wording of the later regulations (further only „Law“), in connection with the regulations of the Order of European Parliament and Council (EU) Nr. 2016/679 of the 27th April 2016, general order about the protection of personal data (further only „Order“).

The elaboration of the personal data by the usage of the contact forms

The personal data of the Aggrieved person , which the Operator in the position of the intermediary elaborates and sends to the operator determined in the respective contact form, are : name and surname, telephone number and email address of the Aggrieved person , eventually further information, voluntarily given by the Aggrieved person freely . The personal data, which will be voluntarily given to the next operator in the framework of the usage of contact form, will be not published and serve exclusively for the purpose of giving the answer of the question or suggestion of the Aggrieved person by the given operator.

The legal basis of the elaboration of these data is the consent of the Aggrieved person in the sense of § 13 article 1 letter a) of the Law in connection with regulations of the article 6 art. 1 letter a) of the Order , which can be anytime cancelled on the basis of the request addressed to the operator, which elaborates these data.

The personal data will be elaborated till the time of the giving answer by the Aggrieved person of the given question or suggestion sent off through the form , that means during the period of the purpose of their elaboration.

By the elaboration of the personal data of the Aggrieved person it will not come to the automatized decision nor to the profilation and the Operator has no intention to provide the personal data to the third country, international organization neither to the third persons with exception of the operator to whom these data are determined.

The aggrieved person has mainly the right to ask from the respective the access to his personal data , their correction or erasure , eventually restriction of the elaboration , the right to protest against elaboration , as well as to give the complaint to the Office for the protection of personal data , if the given operator proceeds by the elaboration of the personal data in the contrary to the Order and/or the Law.

The contact forms are not primary determined for the visitors younger than 18 years.
